WHO IS RUBBIE?
Rubbie is a persona that anyone can adopt. It is a regression to a child-like state. Rubbie is not very clever and may often get confused and need help to find their way. Rubbie must not be allowed to do things alone where he or she could hurt themselves. So, no playing with knives because Rubbie would most definitely get into trouble and under no circumstances should Rubbie be left alone in the kitchen. Rubbie in the kitchen is very bad. Rubbie loves to make 'mall things like cake, and pie, and biscuits, and pancakes, and sandwiches, and lollies, and pop etc... However, on their own, Rubbie would invariably get it wrong and get into a mess. Rubbie is quite mischievous, or mischievi-rub, and often gets into trouble for being 'mall and playful.

MALLIES (to be 'mall)
A mallie is a person or thing that is very silly, very nice and small (in spirit, not mass). It/they should make you smile and should be kind and brilliant. Mallie stuff isn't all bloody puppy dogs and candy floss, although candy floss is pretty brilliant and sticky. Mallie stuff can be quite mischievous and a little bit naughty, but never unkind or cruel.

For example: Licking a friend in a clever way when they are not looking is pretty funny and clever because you have slimed them or 'limed' them to be precise. They may not like it, but you were only havin’ a laf and nobody got hurt.

BIGGIES (to be big)
A biggie is a thing or person that is not very nice or is a bit frightening and/or mean. To call a person a biggie is very serious in Rubbies’ world and should only be done as a joke or when Rubbie is feeling really brave.

TINY (to be made tiny)
Biggies can be so frightening that they can make the mallies become tiny. When mallies are tiny they can easily die and only another mallie can bring them back to life with a special spell.

LA:
Rubbie, in fact all mallies, can be identified by the signature expression 'la'. La is an expression used by mallies to express many emotions. For example:
La? Enquiring
La! Assertive (be careful, maybe something frightening that could result in some tinyfication)
and the most common, La. Used in a calm and satisfied way that usually denotes a sigh of contentment. Often used as a salutation.

We should all be in touch with the side of us that is 'mall and a bit Rubbie. Face it, the world would be a nicer place and a lot more fun if it were.

This website is dedicated to Mallies and Rubbie. It is full of things to make you laugh and smile. It is deliberately stupid and pointless. I would be happy to view any additions and to link to other similarly pointless and harmless websites.
